Edward McDonough is a managing shareholder and president of McDonough, Eddy, Parsons & Baylous, A.C., a certified public accounting firm in Parkersburg, West Virginia. Since 1986, McDonough has served as a director and chairman of the board of Community Bank of Parkersburg. He is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), has served as a past president and member of the West Virginia Board of Accountancy and is a life member, past director and past president of the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. He majored in accounting at West Virginia University in Morgantown and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in business administration in 1973.
Mike Guzzetta

Michael Guzzetta is a certified public accountant with an office located in Northeast Ohio. Prior to opening his practice, he spent 20 years in corporate management in the communications and energy industries. Guzzetta also served as an adjunct professor at Stark State College and taught courses in accounting, finance, business management and economics. He is a graduate of Stark State College and Walsh University, where he graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Guzzetta went on to earn master’s degrees in business administration from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio, and health care administration at Walsh University.
Dr. Keith R. Brunt

Dr. Keith Brunt (@prof_brunt) is an associate professor of the Department of Pharmacology in the Faculty of Medicine at Dalhousie University. He also serves as adjunct professor in the Faculty of Business at University of New Brunswick and translational scientist at the New Brunswick Heart Centre at Saint John Regional Hospital. With more than 15 years of experience across several disciplines in scientific and clinical research, Dr. Brunt directs a successful research and innovation development program as a member of IMPART. As a researcher, Dr. Brunt is passionate about addressing the unmet needs of patients and physicians. Consistently sought out to identify medical market strategies for health care firms, Dr. Brunt’s special focus on translational medicine is highly valued both academically and privately.
